Do I write and complain?

All you need to do is send a letter to the Executive offices at the Boardwalk, I don't understand why people think you need to send a letter to Eisner, or guest relations(gr is for the themeparks not the resorts)

I'm glad to see you got the ring back too! :teeth: I would definitley write the letter!! That manager really said the wrong things. I would have been soooo mad!! Make sure to report him/her too!

I will say one thing though. The manager IS right! The maid could have VERY easily stuck with her story and nobody would have ever known. She could have gotten away scott free. She really didnt have to give the ring back. Put yourself in her shoes. What do you think she makes?? $5.50 an hour? I bet that ring was looking AWEFULLY good to her. (I am in NO way standing up for her. What she did was wrong. But in the end, she did the right thing. I always try too look at it from both sides.)

Ya'll think she has any idea that there is a 5 page thread about her on the internet? ;)
