All you need to do is send a letter to the Executive offices at the Boardwalk, I don't understand why people think you need to send a letter to Eisner, or guest relations(gr is for the themeparks not the resorts)
I would definitley write the letter!! That manager really said the wrong things. I would have been soooo mad!! Make sure to report him/her too!
