Do all restaurants take AMEX?

We have several dining certificate cards from AMEX. Do all restaurants in resorts and at Magic Kingdom take American Express?

Everything at WDW takes AMEX - it is the "Official Card"... They also take Visa and MasterCard - Most places do not take Discover though.
