Do all resorts check baggage?

We'll be staying at Pop Century and I was wondering if they check your bags at the value resorts.

Yes, the most certainly will check your bags and get you your boarding passes at Pop, provided that you are using DME for transport to the airport and traveling on domestic flight on a participating airline.

Do you mean check your bags as in holding your bags while your are at a park after you've checked in or after you have checked out?
If so, yes all the resorts will hold your luggage for you if your room is not ready when you arrive or if you have checked out and want to go to the parks before your need to get back to the airport.

Actually, it's perfectly okay to use Resort Airline Check-in (RAC) to obtain your boarding passes and to check your bags even if you're not using Disney's Magical Express to travel back to the airport.

From Disney's Magical Express FAQ:

Q. Do I have to use Disney's Magical Express Service to participate in the Resort Airline Check-In Service?
A. No. The Resort Airline Check-In Service is available to guests staying at select Walt Disney World® Resort hotels who are flying domestically on participating airlines departing from Orlando International Airport. You may take any transportation from your Resort hotel to Orlando International Airport.​

There are Resort Airline Check-in (RAC) counters at all Disney-operated resorts at WDW, including value, moderate, deluxe, DVC, and Ft. Wilderness.

The RAC-participating airlines are Alaska Airlines, American Airlines, Continental, Delta Air Lines, JetBlue, Northwest, United/Ted. There have been reports on this board of limited testing with AirTran.

With Resort Airline Check-in (RAC), your bags are not only delivered to the airport; they're checked through to your home airport. In other words, with RAC, you say "see ya later" to your checked bags at the RAC desk at your resort, and you say "hello again" to them at baggage claim at your home airport.

Although there is no charge for Resort Airline Check-in, it's a remote skycap service. It's customary to tip $1-2 per bag for skycap services. (In comparison, some airport skycap services now charge $2 per bag, and you're still expected to tip $1-2 per bag in addition.)

I travel alot for work and I haven't run across a hotel, big or small, that will not hold bags for you, either at check-in or check-out.

I assume you're asking about Resort Airline Check-in.

Sorry, Southwest does not participate in Resort Airline Check-in.

If you're flying on Southwest (or any other airline that is not part of RAC), the Disney's Magical Express driver will load your bags into the luggage hold of the motorcoach and return them to you when you arrive at the airport. You'll then check in and check your bags at your airline's counter (or with a skycap), just as if you had arrived by taxi, rental car, livery service, or private car.

It's customary to tip most people who handle your bags (such as the Magical Express driver, airport porter, or a skycap). One does not tip the airline employees at the airline counter or the TSA employees.

On arrival at Orlando International Airport, EVERYONE on EVERY AIRLINE gets the full DME treatment, which includes the automatic luggage delivery (as long as you are eligible for DME, made a prior reservation for DME, and put the DME tags on your checked bags).

Airline matters ONLY for leaving Disney. NO DIFFERENCE what airline you take to get to Disney.
