DH and I are planning on using DME for the first time on our up coming trip. I do have a few questions though.

We are taking two different flights out is this going to be a problem? Also we are changing resorts? Again is this going to be a problem? Also what can anyone tell me about Southwest? I'm thinking about using them but nervous at the same time.

TIA
Wendi

Split flights aren't a problem. DME can handle that with no problem. Ditto for having different "arrival" and "departure" resorts. They'll just set them up as two separate reservations (one with an arrival and no departure, and the other with no arrival but having a departure). You'll get two envelopes from DME instead of one.

Thank you! Another question I've looked everywhere and might be missing it. I'm planning on booking tomorrow and our trip is May 16th. Will we have enough time to get the packets?

Yes, you should have plenty of time. DME tells us that they need a 10 day lead time.
You will probably get multiple packets...that's what seems to happen when I do split stays. You 'should' get a first packet with your bus vouchers and luggage tags. A second packet will contain return vouchers.
