DME- Quick Travel Time! But...

...my luggage, on the other hand, magically appeared in someone elses room ALL DAY!! I arrived at 1:00PM and got my luggage at ten minutes before midnight because they delivered it to another room where the guests were obviously out at the parks and didn't know. They (bell services) kept insisting that they had delivered my luggage to me on the phone and I was like "Uh, I know you're SAYING you delivered it, but I don't have it!" I was not happy, to say the least. Other than the luggage crisis, the time from getting off of the plane to resort arrival was excellent. (1 hour total) So basically, my resort dropped the ball on the ME experience.

Our DME experience was mixed. We got checked in upon arrival and got in our designated line for our resort but then was overlooked for about a 1/2 hour. When I questioned the woman in charge she told me that we had been waiting only 8 minutes and proceeded do loudly tell all her co workers that I had the nerve to complain when I had only been waiting 8 mins. Not very Disney like attitude but we managed to forgive and forget, after all it was the start of our magical vacation. Our luggage arrived about an hour after we got our room but only after they tried to deliver someone elses luggage to our room. It was a good thing that we were in the room at the time. Our return trip to the airport went smoothly and we loved being able to check our bags in at the resort airport desk. We would use the service again.

Mixed up luggage sounds like a resort problem more than a DME problem. What hotels are messing up the baggage delivery? This just confirms paying for a rental car for me.
