DME - Can I "hand off" a carry on suitcase?

DH and I are planning our trip for January. I'm wondering, if I have a carry on suitcase and we're using DME - do I have to load it on the bus and bring it with me when we check in to our resort? Or can I have DME deliver it with our other suitcase (DH will be checking his bag)?

You really are better off just bringing it with you. I suppose you could hand it off to the DME CMs but I've never heard of that being done.
Everyone should always have a carryon bag packed with anything they may need to start their vacation....at WDW and elsewhere. That way, if the airline misdirects your luggage, you will have some clothes and toiletries with you, when you get to your resort.

Thanks - good point, it does make more sense to hang on to my luggage and to just either store it at CSR or bring it to the room if our room is ready. I'm trying like the dickens to check only one bag since we're flying US Airways. Darn luggage fees!
