Does anyone know if the Deluxe 2 Queen Club level rooms at Portofino also has a pull out sofa bed. Thus, making it an accomodation for up to 5.

The price of a suite (not club level - which we really want) is much more. The price of a kids' suite at the HRH club level is about $150.00 more per night than the Deluxe 2 Queen Club level at the Portofino.

I'm stuck -- stick with PBH and use the extra $$ on unwanted junk at the gift shops (and still get our club level) or go to HRH (kids' suite w/ club level - but costly). We've stayed at the HRH and liked it - 2 adults, 11yo, 8 yo and almost 2 yo.

I need the advice of all those who have been touched by the greatness of Universal.

anyone, helllooooooooooo:cool2:

Baboo,

I haven't been to Universal yet, but I think you are in the same situation as I am.

We will have a 2 y.o. on our upcoming trip and I was trying to figure out if he counted toward our room total. It seems like this is secret info, at least on the universalorlando.com site.

Go to this site
http://www.univacations.com/

Click on Number of Children (under 18). It is on the right hand side closer to the top. It will tell you that only childen between 4 y.o. and 17 y.o. count.

Therefore 3 and under do not count toward your room total. So you should only need a room for 4, not 5? Am I reading this correctly??

We just got back from PB deluxe club room. IT had two queens but no sofa bed. There is room in there to bring a inflatable bed if that would help- the room was huge! It was also on the top floor overlooking the beach pool and it had a full balcony.

I think the majority of deluxe rooms have sofa beds but you should let them know if you really, really need one. Remember though, that this sofa bed is pretty much twin sized and only suitable for one person.

Our two deluxe rooms both had pullouts. Our standard room didn't.
