DLH Concierge AP Rate?

Planning a trip for December. Looking at getting myself an AP- wondering what the AP rate for Concierge at the DLH for December 15 thru 19 or 22 thru 26 will be... Anyone??? Thanks!

Currently those dates are pricing our at $651 a night plus tax. Without an AP, the rate is $723 a night.
