It was so funny when I called because the Disney rep wanted to make sure that I knew I was buying a stepping stone in Disneyland, not Disney World. I said, "Yes, ma'am. Why would I want a paver in Disney World? Disneyland is where the magical memories are, at least for me anyway." She said lots of folks had been calling thinking they were purchasing stones in Disney World.

Or the mickey hands with a heart but I like the castle....and since I'M buying it...LOL I also want to get the replica for us to have at home. I wish I could put something about pin trading on ours but they won't allow that so......

OP I'm super super glad you posted this, I didn't remember that they were halting these, I will make it a goal to visit our paver once per year while it's there!

Also, I think most folks are aware that there is an AP discount, but there is also a 10% discount for Disney Visa card holders. Our APs expired last June and we won't be getting our new APs until our next trip, so I asked about the Disney Visa and got the discount.

Yes, hurray for the DisBoards section, C19. Since there are so many of us in that section, now I'm wondering if any DisBoarders will be my "paver neighbors" come August. My brick is number 117. Anyone have a number close to that?

We are in the same section as everyone else! LOL I just got off the phone with Bobbie, she was very pleasant and took care of me quickly...be aware if you are ordering today the wait is quite long!! It took me quite a while on hold before I got thru.

She said my paperwork would come in the next few weeks (I hope sooner since I'm in CA), my acrylic replica would be here in 10 weeks and the brick would be laid in August...so I guess that means I should plan a trip to DL after August! Which might actually work out great!! Quick weekend trip to DL in October for Halloweentime....that sounds good to me!

Just ordered mine!! In Section C19 too!! I am sooo glad I saw this! I would have been really bummed if we missed it!

I got the Disney Visa discount too, she asked if I had an AP and I said "not anymore" and she asked about the Visa, I said I do but wasn't planning to use it (trying to pay it off) but that 10% off is too good to pass up so I used it. Then I went and made an extra payment on it so I don't feel as guilty....LOL

I have wanted one. I have not gotten one because... I can't decide between:

Or...

Dreams Family

Here's the thing. We don't have kids. So... I see us as a couple, not a "family." But if someday, there is a kid.. it could be cool to have it say "Family." But then, if we never have kids, it could be tough staring at "Family" for 10+years, as a reminder of the "family" that never happened.

Does that make ANY sense???

So... on hold to order my long-wanted brick, but no clue what to have it say.

Disney Dreams, I literally just got off the phone, I think I was the last one I'm so stoked, I never would have done this had the OP not posted it! THANK YOU SO MUCH!! I've always wanted to be one of "those people" now we will be! What fun...unfortunately we'll miss seeing it in person this year, we're going to be there the end of May, and because it's our 3rd visit within 3 years, my husband isn't the HUGE fan that I am, so not sure when we'll be back, I may have to do it solo or as a girl trip to see it in person (sniff, sniff) but the replica will be nice to have to, got the Acrylic version! Used the Disney Visa and got 10% off, so got a discount off the replica!
