Unfortunately, you can only have 16 letters, spaces and punctuation per line....Line 1 and 2 above have 17.

I tried calling to ask for 1 more letter on 1 line and they said no....but it never hurts to try!

But do you really NEED Alaska in it? Powell may be a somewhat common name but I doubt there is another family anywhere with a Theron, Kelly, Ian and Kelsey!

Connie, you are right, it's worth a try...if not, no biggie, I can work around it. I am very proud to be an Alaskan, and I know I personally like to see where families are from when I read them, so I would like to put it in there if possible!

LOL Similar thought, just spaces instead of commas. I think it's a personal preference. I like it not "smooshed" together, but it's not my brick.

The real question is: which do YOU like?

I'm in C08....but I thought they weren't to be installed until August? Anyway...we'll be there next week so I'll certainly be looking at our "real estate" and will try to remember to report back if there is anything there yet. This is a surprise to my kids, so it would be absolutely cool if it was also a surprise for me that it is installed already!

I will be there SATURDAY and I will try and scope the brick area out......... I want to look at the numbering pattern and try and get a photo of where my brick will be. I will look like a nut doing this, most likely.

My 10 weeks was up this past Monday but still no replica. I'm not really worried yet though...I know that they have a large crush of orders in February as soon as they announced the end of the program, so it's probably just taking longer to catch up. Considering that some people on this thread were waiting weeks just for their paperwork, give credence to the idea that they're a bit behind, lol.

I have it calendered for the end of May to call if it's not received. It seemed like the paperwork was taking an extra 3 or 4 weeks so I figure I'll give the replica that much time before bothering them, lol.

And...since mine is a surprise, it's not like I can show it off even if it did arrive. I'm the only one that is going to get to peek at it until our September trip.

I am at DL now, and took photos and looked carefully at MY brick area, C08. There are new-ish bricks in this area, the highest I saw was 141 though, and I think I am 697. This leads to me to believe that mine might be in the area of C08 above the line break that goes diagonally thru the area. Hard to describe. I took some photos. Of blank bricks. HA.

I ordered my brick about a week before the closing date and I just got my replica on Saturday. It is much smaller than I thought it was going to be. I was expecting it to be the same size as the brick. I'm sure it must have listed the dimensions on the order form and I just didn't pay attention to it.

I looked at C08 today and there were definitely more bricks installed since I was there. There were bricks up through no. 575 in the C08 section. It wouldn't surprise me if they didn't finish up in the next month!

However, for those of us in C19, there's nothing started there yet. I bet they'll finish C08 first, then start on C19.
