Hi Everyone,

I'm curious if anyone knows how the ADR's or FastPass+'s are going to work for us cruisers stopping at DisneyWorld for a day? The day we'll be in DisneyWorld is 10/19/16 so the 180 mark is coming up fast. Do we just call or make reservations as if we were staying at Disney?

Thanks!
~Alicia

I believe anyone can call at the 180 mark, but if you're staying on site, you can book up to 10 days forward of that, too. The FPP will be done 30 days out, as you are staying off site. You have to have your ticket registered on your account, so you can book the FPPs, though. I've only ever done this for multiple day trips to the World, but I can't see why it wouldn't be the same for just one day. You may not get prime times for one or two rides, mind you, as the people who can book 60 days out will get those. I still got a 7DMT at 3pm on our day, even though it was mostly booked up. That and the Anna/Elsa M&G were the hardest to get, if I remember correctly.

See, this doesn't seem right to me. We may not be technically staying on property but we are staying "Disney". Our "resort" is our cruise. I wish there was more solid information on this one.

But you're not going to the parks on the days that you're staying at a Disney property (the cruise). I see your point, though. Since it's not possible to visit the park from the cruise, do they make exceptions for cruisers to visit the parks and get resort perks on days when they are not staying at a Disney property. That'd be like 'banking' your cruise days to use as resort perks in the future.

I don't actually know the answer to that, but I'd be surprised if they do, since they'd want you to actually stay at one of their properties while on land to get the perks.

But I believe they are. The cruise is stopping at Port Canaveral as one of the ports and they are visiting WDW on that day. It only seems fair to count a Disney ship as "on property!"
