Does anybody have any info regarding the dining plan at Hurrican Hannah? On the app they have 2 menus one called Pool bar and grill that has a lot of cocktails etc and the other is just 'lunch'. Can you use quick service credits on either? Thank you xx

I have used credits at the bar or sitting at a table by Hurricane Hanna’s
I believe you can also use the credits if you order food with a CM inside SAB as a quick service.

if you’re ordering a cocktail with your quick service, I believe you have to order on the bar side and put your whole order in there. At least that’s the way it was in January when I was there.

Any intel on when the hottubs will reopen and function normally? I couldn’t care less, but for some reason, my 11-year-old son loves sitting in the hot tub on the hottest of August days! 🙄
I don't have any intel, but wanted to say that from the ages of 9-13 our son felt the same way. We'd come back for a swim break after melting in the parks and I'd have to postpone cooling off in the pool and follow him over to the hot tub.

I have a cabana question: cabana capacity!
I read that the capacity of the cabana is 6. Does that mean seating for six? Or six people period. We have three adults and four kids. I doubt we will all be in the cabana at any one time.
I read old posts where people say it doesn’t matter and other ones where they say it’s six wristbands.
Does anyone have any recent experience about cabana capacity?

That's what they are working on - installing cameras so the Kabana Kops can enforce the limit easier.

(hopefully everyone knows I'm joking)

I know at the Swan/Dolphin we had 11 people in and out - never all at the same time. Don't recall their stated limit but it was certainly less. Obviously there is only so much room but I can't see why they'd be SO strict with your family size

Yeah you will be ok. We booked two rooms last year with 2A 2 kids in one room and 2A 2 kids in the other room. We booked 1 cabana. Kids were in the pool the whole time and only came back to the cabana periodically to eat or for water and snacks. I believe they gave all of us wristbands but I cant really recall and honestly it doesn’t matter because you will already have on a wristband for SAB access and trust me no cabana cast member would dare tell you your 7th or 8th child could not access the cabana for a snack or whatever lol. If you have 7 or 8 full grown adults trying to share one then that may be an issue and there is only seating for 6 so take that for what its worth. They definitely want that nice tip 😄.

Too add to my last post the I believe the occupancy of 6 is for the seating and for the complimentary drinks and snacks provided which are great BTW…and they replenish snacks and drinks upon request….Also probably to prevent cabana abuse so people dont plan pool parties in them inviting all their new found SAB friends 😂

Kabana Kops! Coming this fall on Disney+!!! 😂😂😂

Thank you all for your reassurance and confirming what I hoped would be true. I agree it would be different if we had 12 adults all cramming in at the same time. Honestly I’m hoping not to even see my kids the whole day. (Kidding!! Kidddddiiinnnngggg)

In 2022 I rented two cabanas because there were 10 of us, 6 adults and 4 kids (6,3,3,2) and when we got to the cabana the girls on duty told us we only need one and refunded our money for the second one. I thinks as someone mentioned above, that they just don't want big party's with lots of people and if you're a family they allow more than 6.

Quick question - do the Beach Club rooms come with mini fridges now? I seem to recall they did not but it's been over 20 years since we stayed there.

I remember having to rent them and people actually bought one at Walmart or somewhere and left it when they checked out because that was a cheaper option for a somewhat longer stay

It has been a really long time since they rented mini fridges. :)

All of the rooms have fridges called beverage coolers. They keep the contents cold, but they don't have freezer compartments.

How is the beach one coming along?
Beach still has walls up all around the front entrance. When I was at Epcot last week I was too tired to walk to the front to catch the monorail back to Poly so I walked over to BC to grab a Lyft. CMs directed me to the parking spots across from the porte cochere, that's where rideshares were being sent. They had to pull into a space for me to get in.
