CR recently got some new pool furniture that is a much nicer, more comfy material - at least for now before a decade+ of use. Was hoping we’d see a similar refresh here as well.
Another post on FB:
“At Beach Club now and have this view from our room. Some of the temporary pump equipment has been pulled out of the pool and cabana frames/umbrellas are staged. Scaffolding on the slide and around the entrance to Beaches and Cream still there Lots of work going on.”

That was not my post- I was quoting someone on FB, however, the original poster did update their original post with this:Anyone there that can comment on the noise level from the work being done on the exterior?
Either option they are basically the same resort with just suttle theming differences. We dislike the seafood smells that come from Cape May in the evening. It tends to hang around for several hours.Would you pick YC or BC? Price is identical. Family of 4, kids are 13/10. Standard view (we're more concerned about cost than having a balcony).
To add to that YC is always the choice for my family because #1 it’s the first picked up and first dropped off on the bus routes to the parks if that matters to you and #2 this is a BIGGIE YC also has barn doors to close off the sink area to the rest of the room. This affords some privacy when getting dressed which is a necessity for my family of mixed ages and gender kids. BC rooms dont have this and the small bathroom area with a door would be very very tight to try to dress in lol.Either option they are basically the same resort with just suttle theming differences. Speaking of balconies, the BC has about a 50/50 split of full balconies vs Juliet balconies (Small Standup space). The YC is a clear winner in the balcony battle.

I’m gonna counter the two prior opinionsQuestion for those in the know... We are contemplating a one night stay at YC/BC in late September. Purpose would be to visit Epcot in the afternoon, then park hop to DHS in the evening while (hopefully) hitting EEH. Then spend the following day after checkout at SAB before transferring to our next hotel off property.

I’d do BC for the shorter walk to EP.Question for those in the know... We are contemplating a one night stay at YC/BC in late September. I wish the seafood pot pie would be on mobile order. It hasn’t been in the few times I’ve looked. A couple in my family love it, couple don’t really care for the rest of the menu. Would be nice to get that Togo for them and the other two just grab something from the market.I like YC to mobile order “to go” from A&C. Literally one night dd only ordered fries and I order a fruit plate. Just needed a snack. So easy to do when close!
Hearing a lot of interesting things about A&C to go... I don't think the BC side has an equivalent, right? Marketplace is kind of sad for actual hot food as far as I know. Is A&C close enough to the villas that it would still be warm/hot by the time we got back to our dining room?

Its super close. The difference between walking back to your room for BC vs YC is maybe like 5 mins or less difference depending on where your room is.
It is so beautiful ! At Night It will be even better
