We are looking to go in Jan 2018 but we will have 4 adults in the room .....Do you think that if we use 2 air mattress on the floor would we still have room to move around in the middle of the night for those late night bathroom breaks? Thanks for your help.

If you get a non-refurbished room you'll definitely have space for one twin mattress. I'm not sure if a 2nd one will fit or not -- with some luck, it might, but I don't think there would be much room for walking around with 2 air mattresses on the floor.

If you get a refurbished room, you won't even have room for 1 mattress.

With the refurbished rooms I don't believe there is room for an air mattress. If you leave the bed up, the table is down taking up space so I don't believe that's an option either.

I am with the others. I don't think there is any way this will work.

If you're unable to sleep 2 adults in each bed I'm not sure Pop will work for you if you only get one room. You may want to consider either requesting to rooms or a suite at another resort?

Not sure of the combination of adults you are trying to accommodate. If you have 1 couple (or 2 people who can share a double bed) you may be able to stay in one of the old rooms by putting an air mattress where the table is but that's the only configuration I can think of and it would only work if you get a room that has not been refurbished.

Unfortunately not. Pool hopping is not permitted between the 2 resorts. You are welcome to explore both hotels and eat in their food courts, but no pool hopping.

Looks like I will be returning to POP.

With SWs air sale I could swing a low points ticket that will fall over some previously requested Leave days that I no longer need for the original purpose. I was going to buy an AP for my Dec trip so I just went ahead and bought it now.

Sports and POP were my least expensive resort choices so I decided to give POP another try. Is there a list somewhere that has what buildings are actually finished?

Right now I have a Preferred and I asked for the 50s in my request. Am I correct that they are not renovating that area yet?

Thanks, I thought that was the case. I am tempted to switch to a standard and request a refurb but if it's like my last Oct stay at POP I expect crowds and I don't want to chance getting put in a unrefurbed room at the very back of the resort. I think I'll stick with a Perferred room and be close to the buses.

Thanks! I kind of figured, but wanted to ask because when we stayed at POR we could also use the pools at POFQ. Didn't know if it was the same at Pop and AoA.

Thanks...I was kind of thinking the same thing. They are looking at the preferred category, but I am starting to think they may be better off in standard because they would like a refurbished room if they stay there.

2 weeks until check in! Looking into breakfasts at the resort, does anyone have a list of snack credit options for breakfast at the food court? I tried googling menus, but nothing lists what counts for snacks. TIA!

I don't have a list, but I am here now. I can look closer tomorrow and let you know, but I have been getting yogurts as snack credits for breakfast. There are lots of pastries and muffins, also, and fruit.

We had to book a pool view room for our extra night. And they ended up letting us stay in the pool view room for our entire nine night stay. I didn't want a pool view due to noise, but it turns out to be fine, due to the 80s pool hours being only from 12 to 8 and the pool being pretty quiet most of the time anyway. We are not too far from transportation/food court if we walk through the parking lot. We love this location and the new rooms! It anyone has any questions, let me know.

Just curious how the wood floors are with noise- can you hear everyone walking around?

Does the other 80s building, building 7, look like it's getting ready to open? Any report of what you notice about it would be great! Hope you have a magical trip and so happy you got a renovated room!!!
