Disney's CORONADO SPRINGS RESORT Information & Questions

I guess my only point is I’ve done it both ways & it gives me a new perspective. It’s disappointing when you realize one of your favorite places is no longer really designed for you. :(

Interesting. I, too, have done Disney both ways. My husband and I went 6 times before we had our son and we’ve now been twice with him (ages 18 months and the week before he turned 3). We are planning a trip for next May when he will be 4.5. I had fun when it was just my husband and I, but seeing the magic through my son’s eyes has made the trips much more special for me. He constantly asks when we are going back and talks about how much he loves meeting characters. I have found Disney to be extremely easy to navigate, even with a small child.

We are very much looking forward to our stay in the tower (Club Level). My son takes showers at home, so the “no tub” thing isn’t a deal breaker for us.

Just offering a different perspective.

Don’t get me wrong, the trips with DS are still the best & most special trips we have ever taken. And we will keep going back (most likely). It’s just a find a lot of the new stuff is not aimed for families with young kids.

Is the bus service good from the towers? We are currently booked for Pop, but I am very intrigued by the towers.

Why should the tower have its own bus service instead of bus service being increased around the resort loop in general? The tower is not a separate resort, it's a component part of Coronado. Tower guests should not be treated in a preferential manner over other resort guests just because they want room doors that open to hallways instead of humidity.
just sounds like things are getting overly large from what already sounds like a large resort. it may help decrease the people in the non-tower on their bus wait times and help with seats. i have a feeling they won't put on extra buses.

Having two completely separate bus routes would also require more buses. It would also eliminate the ability to take a bus to get to the lobby and back from other areas of the resort.

Did the living room area have a closet in your suite? Looking at the video I don’t see one. Not a deal breaker , just curious.
No closet in the living area, just in the bedroom. There were some open shelves above the Keurig, and a couple of smaller drawers in the desk behind the couch.

Please remember that the Tower was built primarily to draw more conventions to the resort. The vast majority will not be riding the park buses (and certainly not at rope drop). I’m sure resort management is paying attention and will let transportation know if there in a need for more frequent buses. I have not seen any complaints since the Tower opened about bus issues. Buses are always crowded at rope drop and park closing. Plan accordingly.

Where on the resort is the towers? I have a chance for a great price there for a last minute trip in a couple weeks but last time we stayed at CSR, it was a looooooong walk to EVERYthing. Are there amenities in the tower? Is it near to the pool and quick service options?

Ok so for now I think this shows the deluxe room location for Gran Destino. They are on all floors AC0953E2-91A7-4317-AACB-2C30A4C62F62.jpeg 3 and up with club level access.
