Yup. You are considered a resort guest until Midnight on your check out day. And as a guest you are able to use all the resort amenities, including the lounge, pool, etc.

To those that have been to CSR before... Do you think there is room for a twin size air mattress? Our kids are at that ages they don't want to share and really shouldn't be sharing a bed. I was planning to get an air mattress in hopes that it will fit and solve my problem.

Pop Warner is a nationwide youth football program. They have their Championships at WDW every year in December.

Ahhh! Thank you! We are staying for our honeymoon 11/26 - 12/3. A friend suggested we stay at CSR, we have never stayed at a mod before. I still have to make my room request though. If anyone has suggestions they would be appreciated. I am thinking Cabanas area.

It can impact CSR, yes.

There are not many families that use CSR from Pop Warner and there is no guarantee that CSR will be used for overflow again this year. CSR usually gets the cheerleaders from the Christmas Day parade filming. The parade is filmed that weekend and they have been staying at CSR every year.

Definitely. We did this on our 2012 stay. In fact we've taken a twin airbed to every moderate and value.

We love CSR ! It is a beautiful resort , with nice paths around the lake, and hammocks on the beach to stop and relax on. The pool is cool, with the pyramid in the center, and a fast water slide, and a large hot tub. The beds are the most comfortable we've stayed on in Disney! We always stay in the cabanas. 8A and 8B are great locations close to the bus stop, the pool, and a quick walk to the food court. There is a great map in the beginning of this thread if you want to check it out. Also, you are going to be there at a great time with all the Christmas decor up around the parks. If you have not been at that time, feel free to ask questions or look up info. so you don't miss anything! We have been twice at that time and it is our favorite time at WDW! Enjoy!

Bit of a random one: are you allowed to skate on the running paths round the resort (roller not board). Husband may be going out for a run or two as he's training for a race, so considering joining him on my skates - but don't want to waste valuable luggage weight/space if they're not allowed! (Pretty sure I'll be equally as happy by the pool )

I wear contact lenses and so just trying to work out whether I need to bring my own mirror or not

The rooms have a mirror on the wall over the desk in the sleeping area.
It may be an exercise in acrobatics to lean over the desk while trying to put contacts in.
I'd bring a small desk top mirror if you have one.

There is a mirror over the sink and above the desk area. I would definitely bring your own mirror if it has a light on it. The lighting in both areas I have found is not the brightest and I have stayed in several different rooms there.

No. But my friend has used the green grocer for years and loves it. She doesn't charge much either.
