The numbers are the same except 14th floor Tower Cl. 12 th floor start 48 then room number. See one side is TPV and other side is Bay lake view now called resort view.

This should help.

25-48 are ALL TPV rooms and the lounge is also on this side for a TPV.

@focusondisney , in this post from several pages back you mention that your CR dates were September 8-12, but in your post from today you say you were moved for "Labor Day". Please clarify which dates you were informed about construction on the 14th floor of CR. Thank you.

Does anyone know who I can call to ask about this? Signature Services is now closed and I need to know if we should move resorts. We have a cabana booked as well as other resort specific plans and I don't know what to do now. We leave in 3 days.

Can you explain about the 14th floor being under construction over Labor Day please. We are booked and have not been told about this. I even talked to signature services today and there was no mention of construction. The suites are mega expensive and you have me worried.

We have a split stay & weren’t at CR until Sunday the 8th. I got a call from guest services about 2 weeks ago. I was told the 14th floor was having “some construction done” and all guests were being moved & the floor closed. That’s basically all I know. Not sure what type of construction is being done, what dates are affected, or for how long. I will say, they made a definite effort to contact me. I had received a call with a phone number & request to call back. I hadn’t called them & a few days later, someone else called again. Not sure of your check in or out dates, so it might not be until after your stay.

Sorry, our trip actually starts on Labor Day, but we’re at YC until the 8th. Then we had CR Tower Club the 8th - 12th. Sorry for the confusion & panic.

Thank you for clarifying. Hopefully the construction doesn't start until after we check out, and hopefully the lounge is fully stocked while we are there. I'm not going to like it if they stop restocking in preparation for a closure while guests are still staying on the floor. I'm going to email ss now in hopes of hearing more details.

Congrats on your Christmas trip. I would love to do that but I fear the extended family would riot if we left town during a major holiday.

It should not happen since they share basic commodities with the Atrium Club lounge. Anything that needs to be move from the Tower Club lounge could just be sent down 1 floor if this mystery Construction runs very long.

Also maybe you could get a first hand report of what Construction is actually going to be done or when they are scheduled to be done. Both CL floor were already remodeled to the Muted Incredible theme so it really sounds like something building related vs Guest focused.

That makes sense. We were originally booked for Atrium Club but I switched. I just hope I didn't make a mistake by upgrading the reservation. I just want a smooth relaxing stay.

The CM said they were holding an Atrium CL theme park view room for us. What are your dates? I think if your stay was going to be affected they would have contacted you. And had a suitable replacement if your room wasn’t going to be available.

New Years is the ultimate goal. If Christmas goes well, maybe we’ll be brave enough to try it.

We usually stay in the one bedroom garden wing suites that include Atrium Club access. A few days ago I decided to upgrade us to the one bedroom TPV in the main building. I modified the existing reservation in My Disney Experience. I'm assuming I couldn't have done that if the 14th floor was unavailable. I'm just hoping there won't be any type of unusual activity on the floor at all. The upgrade was about $500 (+tax) more per night so I just hope I don't end up feeling like we should have stayed put. Honestly I'd like to switch back after reading about your situation, but I did a really hard sell to convince my SO we should move inside to the tower and there's no way to un-sell it now!

Yes, the CL group is so wonderful! I haven't stayed to the Contemporary in awhile but will be there next April. You'll have an amazing time

Do the club level floors at the Contemporary have a dedicated elevator, sort of like the elevator to California Grill? Or do you use the same elevator that the rest of the resort uses and just have a spot to touch your room key or magic band to access to the club level floors?

Regular elevator and you just have touch the reader with your room card or magic band and then hit button for the club level floor.

Would you be able to park a scooter in the concierge area at the Hawaii longhouse at the Poly? The elevators are tight and I am able to walk some distances but not all day at the parks so a scooter is a must but not wanting to use in the elevator with scooter but want a theme park view for fireworks from room.
