Just got back from CBR. I don't know if someone is still collecting the rooms with murphy beds or not, but just in case..... We were in Martinque 2140, corner room with no murphy bed. Our travel buddies were in 2139 with a murphy bed. NONE of our room requests were met (yes, I know it's just a request), even the ones tagged for medical reasons so that was a bit disappointing. We had requested ground floor (had a party member that could not climb stairs due to a knee injury), close to OPR (for mobility reasons), connecting rooms with our party members. With a preference noted for Jamaica 45 or Aruba 51. We were not able to change rooms at all even for an upcharge as they claimed to be 100% booked.
All the bus stops we used at the resort had the digital bus monitor signs which were very nice! Only bus problem we had was getting one for an early reservation, that was a disaster. If we didn't have so many people in our party, I would have called a cab.
Bell Services was super great with holding all our luggage both arriving and checking out (19 bags for 9 people!!) as well as delivering a very heavy
Amazon Pantry box a few days after we arrived. They even helped find a misplaced bag my husband LEFT on a bench at the Customs House (yes, I almost killed him, LOL).
We ate at Shutters one night and it was divine. Staff and food were all great.
Maid service had no problem bringing us an extra blanket and pillow and no one objected to our use of an twin size air mattress in the corner (boys 19 and 17 decided they would rather do this then share).
We saw no snakes at all, but several lizards.
We did not care for the quick service meals at the food court, but only ate there once. It was edible, but not up the quality I usually expect at disney.
Only used the main pool once but found it to be very heavily chlorinated. The kids liked the water slide but didn't like having to wait in a long line for it every time. Kids used the Martinique quiet pool once while we did laundry, didn't think to ask them if the chlorine was as bad but no one complained like they did at the main pool.
Resort was lovely but we felt our room was much too far from OPR, only used our mugs a time or two because the walk just wasn't worth it at the end of a long day.
Can't think of any other comments off the top of my head, but if anyone has questions I'm willing to answer!
