In our experiences, yes they do it.

We've always gotten our other room requests along with the VIP Cleaning. Sometimes we have to wait until 3:00 for our room to be ready, but it's worth the wait.

Same here. We always travel with a nebulizer and our trips to WDW are the only times we never have to use it.

This is why I'm starting to feel like CBR is "my resort" and you all are friends. You guys share so much, so quickly. I love this thread. I'm already dreading booking my BB this trip for ASMovies. I want to go alone with my BFF and she needs me to keep costs as low as possible. But I soooo want to share CBR with her.

Anyways, I didn't have any issues the last time BUT this year it seems like my entire family is suffering more than ever and we have newly diagnosed allergies.

I don't mind waiting. I'm going to Epcot for the day as soon as I get there.

So I'll just call and add that request soon!

HELP ME DECIDE IF CBR IS RIGHT FOR US

I am trying to decide on a resort for our next trip in Feb 2016. We stayed at POFQ last time and liked it ok. we are thinking either CBR or POR but I would like CBR. My concern is with the custom house being so far away is that a problem? I will be having a scooter delivered so would have to get that to our room and then back and what about luggage when leaving. Also going their for airline checkin etc. The idea of having to go over there and not just right at the resort bothers me so just need some advice. I love the look of the pool and remember the food court as great.

We were there this past Thanksgiving and wore everything from shorts & tshirts to jeans & fleece pullovers. So take a little bit of everything!

Bell services will pick up you and your luggage on checkout day. If you have a scooter going to airline check in wont be a problem. Just scoot over.

Yep, been away for awhile due to REAL LIFE and work, but have missed participating in the talk...maybe being back here will help the withdrawl...still too many years till the next trip. DD entering high school and all is going to mean no time to go with her...and not leaving her behind...I would never hear the end of that!

It's called a VIP Cleaning and yes, all WDW resorts offer this. Call the main reservations line and add a request for a VIP Cleaning.

Do they charge you extra for this??

You have the Internal Shuttle, and as @IrishNYC posted, you can arrange a pick-up from Bell Services on the day you leave...unless you just really want a scooter.

Do they really do it? Will it affect the rest of your requests? The allergies and asthma in our family is severe.

Make sure to ask for them to change out your AC filter for a clean one during the VIP cleaning I heard they dont do it unless you ask specifically

So excited! We are leaving for CBR (our families favorite resort) in 9 days. We booked our stay a few months ago under the FL RES discount but CBR was not available. We originally booked at CSR but we are not too fond of that resort so we switched to POR. I just happen to go on the Disney website today and saw that CBR had opened up and was available at a lower rate. WE WERE SO EXCITED! We love CBR and were so disappointed at the thought of not being able to stay here. We actually even added on an extra night because we got such a great deal on the FL RES discount. YAY!

The only time we ever go to the Custom House is to check in and to catch ME. Everything else can be done at the Concierge desk at OPR.

I just called right before 11:00 pm the CM had no idea what I was talking about. I will call again.

It usually takes me 3-4 tries to get a CM that knows what this is. I've also had good luck calling the Disabilities Line (407) 560-2547
