Or Big River Grille...In other news, the Cake Bake shop will be closing in order to accommodate a new ESPN club![]()
About 99% sure it was a Keurig. I had a 3rd floor room this past June. Have fun! (you’re going to love this room)I will be arriving at BWI in October and have a Deluxe Club Room booked. Has anyone stayed in these rooms recently and can let me know what kind of coffee maker is provided? Drip or K-Cup? I bring my own coffee and need to know what to get. Thanks.
I would be totally fine with that.In other news, the Cake Bake shop will be closing in order to accommodate a new ESPN club![]()
It does for coffee! They bring the coffee urns out around 6:30am each day and you could use your cups to self fill. They set them up in the little sitting area across from the shop (the coffee urns a little hidden). We used this every morning since it opened before the Bakery every day.Anyone staying at BW Inn know if Carousel Coffee participate in the refillable mug program? I know Boardwalk Deli does but kind of inconvenient.
Great news, thanks for sharing this. I'm assuming they have a decaf coffee urn as well as regular? And can you remember if there is one for just hot water? I'm probably asking a lot now!It does for coffee! They bring the coffee urns out around 6:30am each day and you could use your cups to self fill. I also see they’ve added the text “Bakery” under the right sign. How do these stores work, is there like a restaurant side and a walk up bakery side?
What year did you stay? It's possible even more has closed since then. The Big River Grille closed not that long ago. The corn dog stand finally opened, if that appeals to you.tough question: we stayed at BWI in October one year and were frustrated with how little was open on the Boardwalk. No nightly entertainment, the food stands were closed. I was very annoyed. The biggest issue was wanting food in the evenings and nothing being open. We're planning a trip for this may and I want to stay at a Skyliner resort. Does anyone know if more will be open in early may than there was in October? TIA!

Don't forget the Speedway if you need real late night junk food...like the hot dogs on a roller..and beer of course. I can't emphasize enough how much I saved by just buying beer and drinking in my room or the pool instead of purchasing from Disney (of course I had those too- Boardwalk Joes has me by the X$% with the Captain's Seaside Sensation). While the number of eateries currently at Boardwalk is far less than optimal, there are dozens of other dining options within walking distance - including at the Beach & Yacht Clubs, Swan & Dolphin, and the 5-10 minute walk to numerous food booths & restaurants @ Epcot.
