Is there any trade offs to having concierge on the 5th floor with a view versus the sixth floor? (other than distance from the lounge, front of hotel)

....most of the concierge rooms on the 6th floor surround/overlook the lobby. Then, there are plenty of concierge rooms on the fifth floor that have savannah views and they are located just off the lobby.....

Boswellnakia - There are some people who love the 6th floor for the location so close to the lounge. However the roof hangs down and obstructs your view. They are those thatched roofs you see in the pictures. My DH is 6'4" and this would never work for him. We prefer the 5th floor, longer walk to the lounge, but a wonderful unobstructed view. aw:

Hmmmm, why can't I remember that drink? What did I drink there? I clearly remember the "Northern Exposures" I had at WL's Territory Lounge, but for some reason I can't remember what in the world I had in Victoria Falls! NOW THIS WILL DRIVE ME NUTSO! THANKS A LOT KIMMAR!

AKL IMHO - great surroundings, very comfortable as well

Absolutely agree! Victoria Falls is a nice, relaxing bar.

I know that the Pretoria Punch has Malibu Coconut Rum & Chambord in it...any idea on what fruit juices they mix the alcohol with?

Actually, I did have the Punch without the alcohol & it was just as good...

Here is the recipe for the Victoria Falls Mist:

Ingredients
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

¼ ounce Van de Hum Tangerine Liqueur
½ ounce Midori Melon
¼ ounce Banana Liquor
¼ ounce Citrus Juice
Splash Sprite
Directions
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Mix together and serve over ice. ENJOY!!
