....the splash area is excellent and of course being the first bus stop going to/from the parks is a plus.

....my sis complained that it is a bit far from the rooms... ...it's for that reason she preferred Jambo...

I just booked a bounce back on Saturday. Will be there 12/14 -12/22. Cannot wait!

We will be at AKL Jan 3 -9! Just a few days now and we are getting excited!

We are booked in an Arusha view room with bunk beds. But after reading through this forum I saw that club level rooms are guaranteed an Arusha view and about the same price. I went online and verified - for our time period a standard club level room is even a little cheaper than the room we booked that is not club level!

So, my question is - should I see if I can change my reservation to a standard club level room? Would there be any negatives to this?

I would change to CL, I loved both times I have stayed CL

I can only think of one problem... if you need those bunk beds it will probably be a problem. Other than that.... HURRY UP AND BOOK IT!!!

Greetings from room 7936 at Kidani! Our stay has been wonderful and it is all because of your wonderful advice and suggestions. We have enjoyed our 5th floor (top level) room on the Sunset Savannah. We've had many fun days and nights looking for animals!

And yes, to everyone who said there is quite a "hike" from room to lobby - they are not kidding. I racked up nearly 1000 steps on my fitbit from room to bus stop each way!

Our only issue has been the length of time to travel to EPCOT. It took us 90 minutes from leaving our hotel room, waiting for the bus, and then finally traveling there. We missed our first fastpass reservation - so make sure you plan accordingly!

Thank you all again for your suggestions and for making me feel like I was a part of the family. We have enjoyed our Christmas here! And here is a picture of our room decorated for Christmas.
