Are there any games for younger kids, like Chuck E Cheese type, skee ball, games you win tickets??

Yes, there is an area (pretty small by Disney standards I think) but you have to pay for on a "per game" basis - ie: not included in your DQ ticket

There are lots of other free things too. Sound booths where you can add silly words to songs and then hear them (sort like Mab libs). Disney annimation where they can try to draw Mickey (no age requirement). And I found even my youngest liked playing the arcade games, even if they were no good they had no clue and just liked pressing buttons. There are other things too. We loved Disney Quest. The food not so much, venture out to find better food at DTD.

There is skee ball and also an area with "little kid size" computer stations (so cute!) with little kid friendly games-and other arcade games as well-and a comfy leather sofa for mom or dad to relax-complete with leather ottomans to put your feet up on! (Hey, I was happy to kick back and put my feet up while being able to see my son no matter where he was!) Did not see any tickets, though.

Don't forget about the Buzz Lightyear Ranger Spin. You collect soccer balls and shoot them at other drivers to spin around.

When we went last Sept, we didn't have to pay for any of these games, they were all free. Air hocket, skeet, old arcade games, etc. No tickets though.

Maybe I am wrong, but I did not see any games that you had to pay for on our recent trip to DQ-and we covered almost every inch of that place!

There is a small section of kiddie 'games' that do cost to play, and they spit out tickets which can be turned in for cheap prizes. We avoided this section like the plauge so I don't know any more details. We went our teenager ahead to advise us of a way to get the kiddies around it The vast majority of the games/rides/activities are free.

Do the roller coaster simulation. It is a blast.

Excatly why play the $ games, when you can do all the rest there for your addmission price. The buzz game how tall do you have to be for that? I dont think my DS5 was tall enough . . . .(at the time now but now 7)
