I'm going to attempt to consolidate all of the official events and unofficial events happening at DLR this year.

I will need help. If you see a large convention, dance show, or event that might impact the resort, please let me know. I will try to update the first few posts as we go.

Yes, it's always the first Saturday and Sunday of December. So it will be 12/6 and 12/7 this year.

Historically yes. I suspect Candelight will be somewhere between Thursday Dec. 4 and Sunday Dec. 7.

There is a double whammy of events this Sunday. Both Bats Day and TikiLand Day will be in Disneyland.

Bat's Day will take their photo in front of the castle at 2:30 pm.



TikiLand Day will take their photo in Adventureland. They don't post their schedule on social media but usually go on Adventureland rides as a group around the time of the photo.



Eric Tan and Jerrod Maruyama will be signing TikiLand Day art at Disneyana from 11 am - 1 pm on Sunday.

We'll be there on August 3rd when the CHOC Walk is happening. How does something like that affect people who are just there to go to the parks?

Last year it was in July. Delayed openings for both parks until 9 or 10 am (instead of 8) and no EE.

Thank you for this, @LKing and I hope people will keep adding to it as things come out...I'm going back to the first week of December for my holiday trip...I'd rather deal with Candlelight Processional than all those dancers again!

Let me know if you encounter a group that I don't have on the list. I included photos of TikiLand Day and Bats Day so people get an idea of how many guests participate in these events. I believe Tikiland Day might have a scavenger hunt for participants as well.

I missed that this weekend is also Filipino weekend at DLR. They were in Disneyland yesterday and are in DCA today.

Other than Grad Nite, does anyone know what is happening at Disneyland on June 5? I'm wondering if it is Grad Nite for multiple local schools where students are making MK reservations instead of purchasing a daily DL ticket.

June 5 is the last day Enchant keys can enter before being blocked for 2 months.

On the Grad Nite ticketing, I doubt they are allowed to use their MKs instead of tickets. When my older boy went with his band to DL I think 9 years ago now, Disney had just instituted a new rule that all participating students had to buy park tickets through the program even if they already had annual passes.

Thanks, that makes sense. One of our local school districts does a senior day at Disneyland instead of Grad Nites. Not sure why they do it that way. Maybe it is so kids and chaperones can use their MK.

That is my recollection too for CHOC walk. No EE and each park opening at least one hour late.
