I'm glad you posted that. I was feeling like I wasn't doing enough to be on this thread since while I am doing better with my food choices, but I am not denying myself...
But, I am improving my cardiovascular health and likely losing some, and definitely toning.
I swam 70 minutes today, and it stunk. Never hit my endorphin groove, just lots of gasping, bubbling and awkward flip turns. But I kept soldiering on!!
I may get to swim tomorrow too, after work, if my Dh ends up going to Palm Springs to see his brother with the DD. No rush to get home.
So, been exercising for a big 3 weeks, it is a start!!.

I can manage all of 30 seconds before I feel like my butt is going to literally burst into open flames.
I have an elliptical machine and I have it on a level 3 out of 20 which is less strenuous than walking in some ways.

After a yr found a job teaching my darling preschoolers, but lost it after 8 mos (NC has not been my friend so far!!). Well, never lost a job before...no jobs to be found...sat around on the computer for a year. Time to get a movin!!
