Today is the first day of feeling like my body is no longer misaligned. Back is painfree! Yesterday I added in a 20 minute walk just for getting exercise, is I am counting that:

4 more days of vacation that I'm counting 60 minutes for each day. Although I LOVE Disney, Florida in June is not fun. I've never sweat that much before. Back to our fall trips from now on.

I'd love to see the World of Color sometime. Maybe a disneyland race needs to be in my future.
This weekend the whole family went on a hike and visited a nature center. Was perfect weather for it. I ate so badly on father's day because I got treats for all three meals for the hubby...so much meat and cheese! Need to jog it off tonight!

98 minutes this morning, walking and running. Weather was actually okay - still too hot for me, but I wasn't dying the whole time!

I haven't been doing too much over the past couple of weeks, due to a foot issue and some personal stuff. Trying to get back into it, with 70 minutes today. Hopefully I can make some dent in my minutes by the end of the month.
