No, there is no individual enrollment in May. Usually, classes start mid-June.
Thank you for the quick reply

Thank you for the quick reply. So are the classes usually June-October? Trying to get an idea on how to plan things. Thank you again.

I have read a few reports of people who were allowed to enter through the IG. I have also read that it isn't permitted. I was planning to walk over to the IG the evening before our class (Ocean Discoveries in September) and ask. I don't want to take a taxi to the front of the park if I don't have to. If you don't mind, will you report back and let us know if you are able to enter that way?We just got our class confirmation today for our trip next week!!! My daughter is taking the Making Waves class at Epcot. Just wondering if anyone has taken this class and can comment and also just wondering if anyone knows whether we will be able to walk through the international gateway to the front entrance. We are staying at the Beach Club and the start time is 8:30AM.
Thanks for the information. We're staying at the Boardwalk for the first half of our trip and it would be great if we could walk over to play mini golf using our tickets, rather than having to pay separately for it.Did the Animation Magic class last Monday w/DD 8 at DS. Class was fun, got to work w/a Disney Animator and both students and parents drew Eeyore. Second half of the class dragged a bit as it was really early for the little ones.
We had an 8 day tickets with water parks and more. Only did one day at TL. The ticket IS good for mini golf. When I picked up the tickets near DQ the lady who issued the tickets made me aware of the fact that they were good for mini golf. On our check out day we played Fantasia Gardens and had a blast.

My daughter is in the same class. My daughter and her friend are in Making Waves 8/20 and we're staying at the BWV so plan to enter though the gateway. I did with no problem several years ago prior to a 8AM Segway Tour, so I'm not sure why it would be an issue -unless something has changed.
I need to borrow a kid for my next trip. DD17 (will be 18 next week) just did the YES Animation program at Hollywood Studios. She is very shy and mentally challenged and would not go unless I tagged along. There were 3 parents who went in our group. She was shy and hung back several times but with the guide and I both pushing her she did great and actually thanked me for signing her up.
Unfortunately she will be too old next trip. I would love to do a different program but need a youngster to go with me. They did a great job and all the kids seemed to have fun after they got to know each other. So glad I found out about this program even if it was a little late for my family.![]()

Thinking of possibly moving our Summer 2014 trip up to 2013. I am sure someone has asked this before, but is there any record of the class schedule from this summer? We are thinking of arriving around July 5th and I wasn't sure if there would be classes the following week because of the holiday. Does anyone remember if there were large gaps with no classes in this summer's schedule? I would be bummed to book our room only to find out much later that there are no classes available the week we would be in the World. Thanks!
Our class was on July 9th, so I am sure there were classes the next week. That was the Monday after July 4th. I don't recall any large gaps. Some of the classes late June/early July filled up very quickly though, so you'd want to register early. I will say I won't go in July again. The tour groups were SO BAD when we were there. We had lots of line cutting and they would get in line all together and the wait times would just get so long.
We did a class in June and were told NO to Mini Golf..

Although mini-golf was added as an option for the Water Park Fun & More MYW ticket option, the Premium YES tickets are not the equivalent of the WPFM option. They only advertise that they can be used at Typhoon Lagoon, Blizzard Beach and DisneyQuest.
Four or five people so far have reported being able to use their YES tickets for mini golf.![]()
