I don't get what all the fuss was about.

Well over here by OIA it pretty much ripped everyone's Christmas lights off their houses! The street is littered with Christmas decorations!

It was actually pretty comical, once the system passed!

WOW, that's scary, I also hope everyone is ok. I would have thought WDW would warn guests.. guess not. When we go to WDW I always have DH hook his phone up with the Weather Channels free alert system, its good to know I wasn't wasting our time.

I can kind of understand not telling guests because of panic, but my DBF works at Sea World and I called his phone after the reported Celebration tornado and when the mass of "low velocity rotating clouds" were heading over and he said none of the employees had been told over there. I would think that all employees would get a call so that if an emergency happened everyone would be ready and briefed on what to do. It makes me wonder if the CMs at Disney were given a heads up.

Disney Cruise Ship Passageway Collapses

Severe weather in Port Canaveral caused the main gangway for guests and crew members to get to the Disney Wonder Cruise ship to collapse into the water.

Several guests were on board the ship when the passageway collapsed, but no injuries were reported.

The ship had to be moved to a cargo pier to load the remainder of the guests.

The cruise ship was an hour late pulling out of port Sunday.

I was at Disney's Hollywood Studio's yesterday. We were sitting in the Indiana Jones show and it began to storm. They canceled the show and told us it was best to stay under the cover. It was raining so bad. The wind was also crazy. It was a site to see. The day turned out to be rather good after the rain and wind had stopped.
