I got some more stuff for FE gifts yesterday. Now hopefully I'll have time to do the "big" part of the gift, nothing actually big, I just call it the big one, cause I have to put some effort into it. And now with the move, yikes...so much going on. Found another house that I LOVE , hopefully they'll call back, it's cheaper than the other AND landscaping is actually included for once. What the heck is with all the houses here not including landscaping... do I look like I know how to keep your flowers alive?? COME on people!!!

I have heard about rentals including mowing the lawn, but NEVER to do flowers and such. It's like Oregon is another COUNTRY!!!

hi everyone!

first I was just going to say hello and that for some reason I'm in a really good mood this morning!

Then I thought it was weird because we, like Jackie are currently a bit overdrawn in our checking account and our cell phones have been suspended (until tomorrow) and really why am I in such a good mood today then? I don't know...but I'll take it!

Stephanie-Oh man! I hope the bite gets better soon! It reminds me of the injury I sustained at DTD like 3 days before our Disney wedding that got infected after the wedding and I spent 2 days of our Disneymoon in the Urgent Care facility! Ugh. Just know, I'm thinking of you and sending you loads of healing thoughts and white light energy (no, I'm no freak, this is just the way I roll!) that you are healing VERY soon and that it heals quickly!

This weekend we are going up to Syracuse to attend a two night reunion of my punk rock crowd (yes, punk rock-ask Jackie, she's seen the pic! LOL). I haven't seen these people in more than 20 years! My three closest punk rock friends won't be there, but it should be fun anyway. There's 4 bands playing each night. I can't wait for DH to experience what it was like back in the day...tee hee.
Sunday night we're suppossed to be eating at Dinosaur BBQ which was featured just last night on Man vs. Food on the Travel Channel!



Rebekah-Just so you know, I thought there was nothing odd about planning a b'day party for your purse.

I hope to be on a bit more today as it's not so busy in the office, but our thread has seemed kind of quiet as of late...

Hopefully I didn't just scare you all off with my punk-rockness!

Can someone tell me what page (or can you repost) the "Who will be in WDW before and/or after the cruise" with dates? I have NO idea what page it would be on!
When are we exchanging cell #s? (Jen already has mine and I would PM mine to everyone else if that's what we're doing...I just wanted to ask/follow up).

P.S. What's the deal with cell phones on the boat anyway? I don't think I would pay to have international roaming set up, but can we text? Where does everybody stand with this?
Also, I think cell phones are good so we can contact each other in WDW before the cruise (those of us going to be there)....

Hey Lori.... It has been relatively quiet on the boards lately.

Hey everyone else too!

Good news for NC, that nasty Earl has quit its West turn and now has turned a little East... Stay in the ocean Earl, stay in the ocean! We're cloudy, but I think it has shifted enough that most of Eastern NC doesn't have to worry about it now.

Spider bite still looks nasty, but better than yesterday's nasty. Hope I am going to lose some weight in the next 14 days, because this Septra antibiotic has killed my desire to eat. Well, I'm hungry, but I get nauseous thinking about the food. Not to mention the metal taste I have in my mouth as a result of the sulfer in the Septra. WooHoo! FunFun! isn't that what y'all wanted to hear about?

Stephanie. I'm so glad to hear about Earl and your spider bite. It's amazing the lengths you will go through to loose weight for the trip. I'd still like to see a pic. You still have some time to get that healed up.

Lori: I'm sorry about the financial predicament but it does feel better knowing someone is there with me.

I was determined that today to have a good and happy day. I am a very happy person generally. But I think I must be hormonal. This is the third day that I feel the only thing that would make me happy is beating the sh.. out of someone. I've never taken a swing at someone in my life but the thought is nice.

Got a call this morning from my sister. I had to drop all my plans today to deal with my father in the nursing home. On a good note, my Aunt in the same nursing home looked and sounded better than I had seen her in months.

This sounds really bad(and I haven't told my sister yet) but if something happens to my father while I'm on this trip I don't want to know.

Well I hope everyone had a great day. I think this weekend is going to be busy so if I don't see ya have a good one.

I didnt even think about it hitting you! I am glad that he took a turn too!

I know how you feel about being happy you have no appetite. I get in moods like that, of course, not from medication, but I think "I will take what I can get!" I hope you feel better soon though. I kno that medicine can make you feel icky.

oooh..big FE gifts....I can't wait!! The west coast does things a bit different - rentals here is for the house, landlord responible for yard work and sometimes snow removal!

Steph- glad Earl is moving along, but did he need to come up the East coast?? The are calling for Hurrican Earl Fri afternoon- Sat at a Cat. 2 Hopefully he can go out to sea! But on Sat it's suppose to be clear and sunny
