When are you cruising?
Jan![]()
I remember hearing, back in the dark ages when computers were NEW, that we would SOON be a paperless society. I cannot see that happening! Even the cases where stuff is submitted electronically, they make paper copies anyway. I guess because computers crash or they think it needs to be in a file drawer not in a laptop.
Have a good day all,

Time for lunch and then our walk! Talk to you when we get back!
So far, so good. It's school, how good can it be?![]()

My girls were so excited to get their letters on Saturday and about 5 minutes later it dawned on them that now they had to go back to school yuck!!!
It would be nice to be able to submit it once, elctronically. Maybe some day.....
) makes me fill out a two-page form every year with my educational background. It hasn't changed, but i still have to do it.

My financial aid office (where fellow conveniently happens to work) makes me fill out a two-page form every year with my educational background. It hasn't changed, but i still have to do it.
When I register online i also have to drive to the school and sign a paper reconfirming the registration to keep the records office from cancelling my classes.![]()

Just got home from work-had a class on yet another waste of time! We spend more time at the computer than with the patients.

That is what I love about homecare. They have not figured out a way to get us to send our reports via computer so we are using paper.....
BUT
I get to schedule my own case load and keep it as light as I want. Of course that means I am not raking in the big bucks, but I am in charge of my own patient contact time! Bi-monthly or quarterly updates can be done on the computer, at my convenience, and e-mailed or FAXed in.
Have a super day,
