i'm not an adult in terms of .. me being able to drink beer and go to the wine tasting.. but are michael and I still qualified as "adults" with this group?

Haha.. I guess I'm not used to being an adult.. which is silly because i've pretty much handled everything and taken care of ymself since i got a job..

guess it'll finally hit me later and i'll be like
"well huh. when did that happen??"

my textbooks were 200 dollars and i didnt even buy them all

I just got off the phone with the tour company I went to Europe with..
GRRRRR!!!
They issued a check for PART of my refund to the wrong address and won't stop payment and REISSUE for another two weeks, waiting on it to come back..
And on top of that, I'm due more money because things kept going wrong..
like.. our bus broke down next to ground zero and we spent three hours there INSTEAD of seeing the Statue of Liberty and then they could only find a bus to move us to the airport (that was the day we flew to London) RIGHT THEN ... so we sat in the airport for THREE HOURS before there were even any airline attendants for our airline there to check people in.. so we sat around in the middle of Newark Airport with allll of our luggage... missing dinner.. which the tour company said they would reimburse us for.. Haven't seen that $$ yet..
And then in Paris I was shoved in a room with 4 other teenage girls.. Beds were seriously just shoved in there any which way they could get them... the five of us and our luggage didn't all fit, haha.. we were tripping alll over each other.. And mornings with ONE shower were toooons of fun..

Sorry.. I'm frustrated. I NEED to know how much they're going to give me back.. I was counting on this money to use for the cruise, it's been a month and a half.. what is the hold up?!

Awww poor Patsy they always put off giving you your money as long as they can. I don't have any idea what to do about it...I usually put my husband on the phone. For some reason, he has the golden touch. You want me to have him call them for you?

We start the 22nd here.. well.. we as in.. the public schools..

and Taeja.. I don't know.
They told me like soo many different things, I'm not sure I want to know.
They think my mono relapsed.. which I've always been warned was a major possibility because of my insomnia (and I used to work two jobs on top of school.. but I've only got one now and schools out.. so go figure THIS is when I relapse, haha)

They also did an XRay of my throat-- not exactly sure why.. for some disease I have no hope of ever repeating much less spelling out on here.. Apparently the ER doc's sister had just been diagnosed with it so he was being "extra cautious"... I guess I should be grateful?
either way.. the X-Ray came back and the info was faxed over from the bigger hospital (Marietta Memorial.. as if any of you will even know about it, haha) and it just said in huge bold letters next to all the medical mumbo jumbo
"TONSILS NEED REMOVED!"
...I'm not sure how an X-Ray told them that, but I guess that is why they're the doctors? Or maybe they lied and that wasn't the X-Ray results? I don't even know. It was such an odd experience, I don't think I'll ever go back there.. haha

Soo.. they want me to have my tonsils out in the next two weeks but no way! I wouldn't be better in time for the cruise and all those yummy mickey bars!!

He did.. however.. tell me to expect to lose a lot of weight which doesnt sound like such a bad thing pre-cruise

My son had his tonsils out when he was 4. Took 4 days and he was fine. I would do it before school starts. You will probably miss a week. IMO

I'm only authorized on all my brother's accounts so I can call and get him out of late fees or his interest rates lowered :-D

They said it's because the tour had SOO many problems they're trying to figure out the best amount total for everyone.. I mean, I guess it's because it goes back to 38 different people but still.. it should have been taken care of by now.
A lot of it, too, I bet is because my professor that headed the group is a very laid back man and he's probably being really nice to them.
I'm sorry but when you're nice to a company that screws you over, you get nowhere.
I have no patience for this.. it should have been handled by now and you better believe if I were in charge, it would have been.
I like to get things done.

I posted this earlier today and surprisngly, didn't get ONE comment on it. Now come on ladies, I KNOW there are a couple of you out there who enjoy seeing this!!! What gives?

My son had his tonsils out when he was 4. Took 4 days and he was fine. I would do it before school starts. You will probably miss a week. IMO

they said it's alot harder on adults.
that i'd be in bed for 7-10 days at least.

my best friends mom had this done.. I remember going over there and helping her, her mom was MISERABLE.

Well.. I'm going to go call my doctor. According to the Lab at the hospital, she has my lab results.
They want me to make an appointment with her to go talk to her.
This is crazy. It takes AT LEAST a month and a half to get an appointment with her and by then, I might be dead.

Oh good! my DH was supposed to order them yesterday and didn't so there is still hope if he does it today. I tell you I give him one thing to do. I just ordered my bracelet's! I am crossing things off my list.

I was assigned a room on deck 6, standard inside cat 11. Seems like a good location. When rolling the dice you can't stop yourself from hoping for a cat 10 bump but I'm not disappointed. Well, possibly a little, but it will be a great time.

Oh...I haven't beat it yet. (No spoilers please! ) Well acutally I probably would have beaten it by now except I'm going through and doing all the missions and getting all the ???'s cleared before I enter "the final battle". In the first one I went to the end without first doing EVERYTHING else and then after beating the game I discovered that I could not get out of the final world and go back and beat everything else. So this time I'm making sure I don't miss the opportunity! But man...some of the ones in Twilight Town are hard as crap to clear in the time limit!

Yea, I hear ya there. I went through each world getting as many ???s as I could and then when I got to The World That Never Was, I went back to every world to fill them in. They even have Kingdom Hearts:Chain of Memories for the Gameboy advance. The gameplay is different(EVERYTHING is used in "card" form even donald and goofy ), but it connects the gap between the first game and the second one.

I know when I went on they had moved people all over the place. I have a cat 11 on deck 5 and I really like the location but if they moved me up I might be O.K with it.
