I think I'm too emotional for family law. Haha.

Either way.. I'm off to the college to see how outrageous my text books are going to be for the fall and charge them to my financial aid.. that way I can figure out how much of a refund check I'll be getting... THREE DAYS BEFORE THE CRUISE :-D
Oh yes.. I promise.. it will only be used for school reasons.. uh huh..

We just found out from the homeowner's insurance that they WILL pay for a portion of the work we had done on the plumbing last week. DH said "oh great! we can pay off part of it!" and I was thinking.......NO WAY, MORE CRUISE MONEY!

So the question is (since I am the family accountant) - do the responsible thing, or go to the spa????

Bunch of employees went to San Fran for a conference and brought back treats!

So it looks like Chris won't affect Florida too much......it's weakening!

Looks like they have most recently predicted that there will be two fewer named storms this year, that's good news! Next prediction comes Sept 1, according to our local news station.

I heard it's weakening too. Thank goodness! Unfortunately though, school will start on time. It's going to be rainy here, it's already getting dark. We're expecting rain all weekend. I was hoping to hit the beach tomorrow, one last time before school starts. I'm not sure if that is going to happen though. Oh well.
