Maybe you can use that pic as your avatar now. Cute girls...can't wait to meet everyone in person.

My kiddos are in my signature pic. Not that guy with the big ears :mickeyjum & the Hawaiian shirt, he's not a biological relative...but close enough!
Good idea! Thanks

It's official. I have successfully managed to link our dining. Phase one complete! :cool1: :thumbsup2 :cheer2:  :woohoo: :dance3: :bounce: I requested the 6pm dining rotation time.

Next week I will complete phase two: seating arrangements.

What are the odds that we'll get the 6:00 time? That sounds awesome!!! Not too early, not too late! pixiedust:

Everyone is going except my 19yr old...Paying for his college & phone & many other expenses is in lieu of his presence..

This is the first year we did not take him.....I feel guilty now and again..but I get over it quickly when I am taking out the trash and doing things that teen's are supposed to do but don't (but we still expect them to do)...a vicious circle :)

Don't feel too bad.. last vacation my parents took me on I was 16...
I take myself now.... but it's okay, because they never did anything as cool as a Disney Cruise!!! (They're a 'Lets rent a condo on the beach' type of people)
I pay for college myself, but still do those pesky teenage chores in lieu of rent... Soo much better to be able to do things like this cruise and live at home over having an apartment! :goodvibes
That and they have a pool here.. :sunny:
Hehe.

(If anyone noticed the 'Family Trip' in my info and is kinda thinking :confused3 ... that family wasn't my parents, it was my mom's two sisters and their families.. haha..)

I think the odds are good. The dining coordinator had me go through the main DCL cs number to link dining. I will call her next week to work out the seating. HOWEVER, my disclaimer is this: if you end up sitting with fellow DISer's I apologize in advance. I will note that it's better than getting seated with some strangers that you do not know nor have anything in common with.

I will work with DCL dining to get it all square. I think we have a great shot at 6pm since my TA had already requested that for me.

I think 6:00 is perfect! Not too early, not too late! As for the seating arrangements, I'm sure anything will be good. We'll go with the flow. It's a Disney Cruise for goodness sake, how can we NOT have fun! :goodvibes :thumbsup2

Is anyone else collecting the McDonald's POTC2 toys? Just curious :confused3

I can't blame my "pooh sized" self totally on collecting these toys but it sure isn't helping me! :scared1: :rotfl2:

LMAO I'm collecting them...I mean, my kids are.....really! And I'm going to pretend that my pooh size is a sacrafice I made for them....

I'll go with that! :thumbsup2 We're great moms to make such a sacrifice, aren't we! :rotfl:

Do you have them all yet? I am going crazy trying to get the map. It took me forever to get the chest but I finally got it! I ended up trading some extra telescope thingees for the chests. Now if only I could get that map! Arrrrrgh pirate:  :rotfl:

No, sorry, no map here. We've got the sword, the telescope (we have an extra, too), the chest, and the book thingie with the compass on it. Oh, and a cannibal doll. I want the Jack doll, LOL!

Here is a picture of the stitch head hat...I'm still nervous about posting pictures of my kids, so I reserved the right to come back and remove my picture!

Let me know if you can't get ahold of the Jack beanie, I have quite a few here. I'd be more than happy to throw one of the extras in my suitcase for ya. :goodvibes

CUTE PIC!

I know what you mean about posting pics of the kids. I have posted a few pics over the course of time, and it makes me nervous too.

I have a pic on my cell phone of my DD in her YETI hat, that looks similar to your DD in her Stitch hat. :)

Now that you mention the thing with the compass on it, I realize that is the one I need. I thought it was a map. DUH :confused3 We have all of the others. We're collecting four of each. Goodness knows why. I am getting a set for each of the kids, whether they like it or not! :lmao: They all like to beat each other with the inflatable swords. Even at 15, you're not too old for that! I need to find that book/compass thing. That's the last one I need. We got a kick out of the "Magic Aye Ball"...great name for that thing. :rotfl:

Okay, pictures of my family at the Renaissance Festival.

My sweetpea...

My crazy boy...

And that guy I married...he's the one in black...

Still no picture of me. I guess it just might not happen. Sigh!

Jan, I believe Bjorn Again is a tribute (knockoff) band to ABBA. They look and sound like ABBA and they play their music. :thumbsup2 Congrats on the long bike ride, I'd be paralyzed after that!!! Sit on lots of pillows today! ;)

The more I stand up and sit down :yay: the better my knees are doing. I saw two homecare clients today and the leather driver's seat of my van was HOT from sitting parked in the SUN :sunny: that was therapy too for the sore backs of my thighs. SO, now, 24 hours later, I am feeling pretty darn good. As I think about it, I don't think I have been on that bike in about 20 years or more. Not to shabby.....

I copied them. I then e-mailed the DBF who is actually "giddy". I think more so because he has worn me down and we actually have agreed on a dog type.

I took this on-line test for what kind of dog would be good for you (well, actually about 8 of them) The Straffordshire Bull Terrier was the only breed to finish in the top three each time. Scary!

:teeth:

I have to say, Noggin is a great family dog and is incredibly quick on picking up things. He learned "sit" on the first day just by watching Oscar! He is also surprisingly gentle. More so than Oscar.

Word of warning with a Staffie: be prepared to have EVERYONE think he is an aggressive pitbull just based on appearance. I love pitbulls and have had a soft spot for them for a long time because as long as they are not abused they are GREAT dogs. Noggin is NOT a pit, but he is in the pit family. And then when you tell them no, he's a Staffie, they look at you like "oh, is THAT what you call him?" :confused3

Anyhow, they're wonderful. My whole dog gallery is right here - it's 2 pages total. I'll see if I can find a recent pic of DH and I too!
