Sure! We do not care how many participants there are. Just want our daughter to be part of the overall sharing experience. How do we get demographics on others in our group, so we can better plan what to contribute to the FEs, and how often does each family deposit to the others FE?
In the last FE I was a part of, the group was small as well and we did special things almost every day, especially on sea days - It wasn't necessarily "big" stuff every day, but we tried to stop by and share something at least for the kids daily. With only 3 weeks left, I don't know if I'll get that many goodies done/bought/ready, but I have a few things in mind and I've already picked up quite a few bits :) It was one of the highlights of my son's cruise - not only to check the FE each morning and throughout the day, but to walk around the ship sneaking goodies at peoples' cabins! Not everything needs to be Disney related, either. We got everything from hot wheels to special sewing kits, little games, personalized goodies, etc. We had one gal in our group that was amazing and put us all to shame - but that's what she did! She dropped off stuff personalized for every single cabin member on every single day - I don't know how she did it (and we had a late start!). I try hard to make things special to add a little bit of magic - it is so much fun!

My favorite ones are the hand made items, that I never would have considered as an idea. I am a very creative person, and I like seeing how other peoples creativeness come out.
Yes to this!!! I do a little mix of handmade and purchased special - I work a ton of hours and we have a ton of extra curricular activities - plus I ended up volunteering myself to make the 2nd grade grandparents day gifts for my son's school. (what on earth was I thinking? ;) ) I wish I had more time - I'd put my embroidery machine to good use!

No, we did not do any questionEARs. I just worked the special questions and responses in to the spread sheet. I wanted to have everything nice and user friendly, so we did not have to remember where to find everything. As for me, I am going crazy trying to keep track of all the lists for the different activities. I have my own spreadsheet that I will be printing to bring with.
If there is anything in particular you would like to gleam from the thread, let me know, and I can direct you to the posts that would be relevant. Otherwise, I am sure that there are others in your shoes, so if you have any questions, I would be happy to answer them even if we already covered the topic.

I'm sorry for the multiple posts - I'm not good at keeping multiple quotes organized!

For my group I'd love to know what everyone's hobbies or other loves are - for example, my son is a purple belt in karate - we spend most of our waking moments doing something related to karate! He also loves legos, anything minions, race cars, chapter books...My life is computers; both as a profession and hobby, I also love bath products and adore nail polish! Hubby loves anything gadget related. If it is a gadget of any kind, he loves it. Also, where is everyone from? I'm local and live about 30 minutes from the port (I work almost within walking distance to the port of Houston!)

Thanks for the extra in put and FE ideas. I know this will be helpful to new comers!

If you would like, I can start a PM conversation for just your group, and use this post as a jump off point.

We'd love to do the FE! There's myself, my husband, and our two sons going on the trip :)
Great. I will send you an PM (private message) as soon as you reach 10 posts (board requirement) that will have all the information I need to get you onto the spreadsheet, and added in to group 4.
You are already at 6 posts, so all you need is 4 more.

What exactly is the cabin crawl?

A cabin crawl is when a group of cruisers get together to tour each others cabins, and it usually includes some kind of game along the way to make it fun. The interesting thing about the cabin crawl is that you get to see a wide variety of cabins, that you may not have other wise ever gotten a chance to see.
We currently have an inside cabin, a handicap accessible Ocean view, a few different verandas, and a concierge level suite.

The cabin crawl sounds like fun! We love to explore :) we don't have a superb room though. /: we are in a deluxe inside stateroom. Would that be okay?

That would be great. We don't have one of those yet. The inside we do have is a basic non-split bath.
I will add you into the cabin crawl list and PM conversation as soon as you reach 10 posts.
Your at 8 only 2 more.

I wasn't sure about extra activities but the cabin crawl, meet & mingle, & ice cream social sound fun. Still room?

My excitement level just jumped way up.
I just spent the last few minutes watching the Wonder sail out of Galveston. I even got to see our cabin!:sail::boat:
