Jessica - We should be at the Promenade right about 2:30. We have a lot of scrambling to do once we get onboard with reservations and all but I can't imagine we would be any later. We can't wait to see you again and catch up on old times, you know, like September!

We can't wait to see you guys again too! After all, we need to convince you to take next year's trip this December and come with us to WDW!

No worries about dinner. Ryan and I checked last night and we are eating at Palo on the 2 night, so we won't be in the dining room anyway. We will see you on the ship though!! Maybe I can even borrow your son to get me into the Oceaneer's Club!

Just out of curiosity, are you a fan of "The Guild"?

Let's be honest about the club. It's not the club that you want (although the slide is pretty cool); you're hoping to score one of those cool bracelets to compliment the blue glow in the dark one.

have you guys seen the thread on the family name announcing? I.e, saying something OTHER than the last name of your family....when we arrived on board last time, we had four last names and four people. This time, we have 12 people and six names. So, I think we should pick something else for the guy to announce our arrival when we board:

I love that idea! I am going to pay attention to my energy and stress levels and make my suggestion be that we should DEFINITELY try and arrange this, but I think someone other than me should do it! lol A few people told me that if I needed help with anything or wanted them to help arranging something to let them know. I don't remember who those people were, but here's your chance! Steve, since this is your thought I don't know if you want to head it up, but you have been helping me a LOT "behind the scenes" so I wanted to make it known that others have offered to help. Anyway - not matter who jumps on this (given everyone even wants to do it), let me know when and where and Ryan and I will be there!

You've done more than enough. You deserve a vacation. You should take one at the end of this month.

I'll be happy to organize it. Let's see who is interested and we'll pick a day and time. I will get a hold of my new pal with Disney (we were on the phone for about 30 minutes today) and see if there is anything he can do ahead of time. If not, I'll take care of it onboard.

The only thing I hadn't considered is how this may conflict with people's brunch or high tea reservations. They are only offered on the three days at sea. Hopefully we can pick this on a day and time that will allow everyone to go who wants to.

Regarding names, how about "Yonetani Cubed" or "Yonetani to the Power of Three"? We're thinking of using my son's name as the family name; he might get more of a kick out of that.

I hear Cabo Wabo is upstairs - no worries Im good on stairs just dont ask me to walk around the bahamas without my Denver LOL did it last year and since I am not a very efficent cane traveler ( Bec I use the dog all the time ) I munched it and wound up with a broken hand for the rest of my cruise LOL I sOOOOOooooooo didnt care I knew it was broke THANK GOODNESS I brought some tylenol and codine !!! I went to the doc onboard and was like ummmmm can you give me an ace bandage and send some ice to the room oh and can you tell me what time Mickey is on deck 10 I so didnt care I WAS ON A DISNEY CRUISE COME ON FOLKS !

Cari - Steve and I would be happy to try and be a good guide dog substitute... we're used to being pulled around ourselves by the pup! If you are well-behaved and don't have to wear a gentle leader you get extra points! We weren't planning on any organized activities in Cabo this time so we're flexible and it would be fun to join the group!

We just found out there's been an outbreak of Parvo at Guide Dogs for the Blind in San Rafael and they aren't taking any dogs back now. Poor Keno is 18 months old and getting past his expiration date!

Ok as far as prom lounge from 230 - 330 I think its a GREAT idea - on my last cruise we did 3-330 just so people didnt feel obligated to stay the entire hour but im game for whatever so let me know ! The lounge works GREAT for the meets by the way !

From what I've read, people either love them or hate them. The haters seem to think they're too big and are concerned about the cost should it be lost. However, I'm looking forward to having them onboard for convenience sake. Also, don't worry; they only vibrate so you won't hear ringing in the theater. Let's just hope that people don't choose to talk on it in the theater.

We are definitely in. I don't think we really care about the day/time, we are pretty sure we'll be able to re-arrange any Palo once on the ship. I don't remember our existing reservation times though, and I can't look until I get home. Ryan or I will post our ressie times tonight and maybe we can all come to a concensus.

I have not heard of it, but will check it out.

"The Guild" is a web TV series about online gamers (e.g., World of Warcraft). Very funny overall and Wil Wheaton of late (Wesley Crusher, but don't hold that against him).

Steve's response to my "guess the movie" question made me snarf diet coke. I had just taken a sip, not smart I know, and I read Amadeus and lost it. Actually, it is a really famous picture of Eli Wallach..... There's a hint. My face looks better on him I think. When I posted that pic on my faceboook the responses I got from my friends was hilarious, including "we don't need no stinkeen badges!" But that was Treasure of the Sierra Madre so they only get lovely parting gifts.

My wife's sewing room looks like Santa's FE North Pole workshop.

We saw both Tangled and Tron in 3D in the theater and Tangled is terrific, and Tron is entertaining, pretty much what you think it would be. It was cool. My DS11 loved it. I ate an entire large popcorn and box of milk duds so I had to watch some of it lying down in pain, but what else is new?

I have a solution to the "announcement" thing. First, I registered my wife and I as "Stan and Anna Nanaba" and we'll see if they will announce it that way. Also, "Dr. and Mrs. Frankenstein" works for me. But the best is "Announcing DAVE! Prognosticator of all Prognaticators. All things to All Men. The studliest man on earth!!!!! And some other people with him." I'll write in on a 3x5 so they don't mispronounce Dave.

DAVE: you are freakin' hilarious! With a quick google search, I was able to find that the picture is from a little old movie called The Good, The Bad and The Ugly (1966)...never heard of it...! J/K! I've never seen it, but I have heard of it.

KAREN: I would like to know the link too! Sergio and I will just say we're The Chavez Family, since we've never heard our names "announced" before. But I would like to hear what crazy names people come up with.

STEVE AND KRIS: I literally begged Sergio to take me to see Tangled (mainly because my boyfriend, Chuck - Zachary Levi, is the voice of Flynn. ), but he wouldn't. So, now he's forced to see it with me on the cruise. But he feels he is the winner in all of this because we saved the $24 would have paid to see it at the theater. I guess he's right, but still. As far as Tron, everyone here was saying it was going to be shown on the cruise, and because we weren't a big fan of the original, we figured we would wait on that one as well. I am SUPER excited to see Tangled.

SUE: Great idea on the business cards! I will definitely do that as well.

I've told Brady about Emma as they're close in age; he'll turn 4 during the cruise. Are you first or second seating? Are you interested in a table for 10? I'm thinking it might be fun to dine together, especially since the kids are close in age. Of course, Sheri's hoping for a table for 3, but they don't have those.
