Disney Wonder Hawaii Sept. 2015

Thing is a one way won't be half the price of the RT. I highly doubt it. It will likely be more. Add airfare and it's an even more expensive trip. Well I'm glad I at least got to do it in Oct 2012. It was heaven.

A one-way will be 10 nights vs. 14 or 15 nights for the roundtrip. If both were offered (and I doubt they would be) - I think the roundtrip would still cost more.

any ideas on when we "hope" they release these if they release them. hahaha

Getting anxious! Would like to know if I really need to start saving lots! hahaha

Me too!!! to start saving, but don't know if I can save enough by then if the price is too high...:crazy2:

From the Hawaiian ports calendar - it sure looks like two one-way cruises to me between Vancouver and Honolulu.

Where did you find the port calendar?? I found a schedule, but the Wonder wasn't listed and there wasn't anything listed for a ship without a name??? Thanks :yay:

Should I hold off re-booking onboard the Wonder in Feb to see if I can afford the Sept 2015 Hawaii instead? I like the idea of cruising out of Vancouver because Twinkie is in WA state, but I like the idea of Hawaii vs Alaska so much more... I doubt I could manage all the time off, but I'm open to the idea. Can I change my booking when the dates release for fall and still get the 10% off? Or do we think we will know by May what the fall itineraries are...

No. Book to get your OBB discount then move it to Hawaii if that's what you decide to go on. Between now and Sept 2015 is within the 18 month use window so you'd be fine.

I think we are going to know soon.

I wouldn't wait until next Feb. to book a 2015 cruise, but I think that is probably a typo.

I'm not considering booking in February. I'm cruising in May and looking to book on board for a Feb 2015 Wonder. But it's not set in stone. It would be helpful to know the options prior but it sounds like PPs are saying to booking SOMETHING and then see what comes out and move it if interested...

Then you are considering booking the Wonder for February while onboard a DCL ship in May - not rebooking onboard the Wonder in Feb. Big difference! I agree with the others to book what you originally wanted - then move it to something else within 18 months of your May 2014 cruise if you like it better.

yes that is what you should do. Definitely book in May.

Are you considering both the February and the Hawaii? You should be able to book 2 rooms by booking 1 under your name and 1 under you husbands. It could have changed but you could do that a couple of years ago. That way you will have 2 reservations with discounts and you will not lose one. This also helps if you have someone come along as you have 2 discounted rooms even if you just go on 1 cruise.

I don't see how I could book the Hawaii one on board unless we KNEW what the Sept itineraries were by then, right? If we did know them by May, then I would have an even better idea of knowing which. Its going to be either/or thing, but you do make an interested point about the dual deposits.

But it sounds more likely we will do the cheap and fun 5 day Wonder as a little winter getaway late Feb. $1300, said and done, and that's before the 10% off and any rewards between now and then.

It is still interesting though. But as long as I book SOMETHING, I will be able to leave the ship in peace. :rotfl:

Gotcha! I have never sailed a repeat on any ship I have been on, but I can see how that would be the case for a lot of repeat DCL cruisers. In the future, I will understand the difference between booking and re-booking! ::yes::
