Taxi to Chocolate Museum 2 hour chocolate making workshop, browse around + lunch at local restaurant, then taxi back to pier.
So, this would be just us going into port and making chocolate

Is the Chocolate Museum one of the excursion you can book through Disney? Or is it something you have to book on your own? I also would like the information about this Museum if possible. On our last cruise the people we sat with told us the excursions Cartagena were very limited.

I don't know what we're going to do in Cabo. We're torn between exploring on our own, doing the Harbor Cruise, or doing the Land's End Coastal Cruise and Beach Break. Decisions, decisions.

Is the Chocolate Museum one of the excursion you can book through Disney? Or is it something you have to book on your own? I also would like the information about this Museum if possible. On our last cruise the people we sat with told us the excursions Cartagena were very limited.

Yes, it is through the museum itself. However, I am getting a quote from Dora about an itinerary that includes touristy spots, lunch as well as the museum. If you're interested in a group tour like this, let me know
Otherwise, I'm going to decline the itinerary and do it ourselves

For anyone looking at hotels in San Diego, there is a sale today for the Wyndham San Diego Bayside through Expedia. The price is $139 and includes both an airport shuttle and cruise shuttle. The hotel is actually right across from the cruise port. We did spend a little more ($153) for a water view, hoping we can see the ship dock in the morning! Of course that would mean getting up early. Breakfast is not included, apparently there is a restaurant down the street. We will have to figure out getting to a liquor store for our wine for the trip, but we were going to have to do that at any of the hotels we had been looking at previously. It looks like the sale goes through Midnight PST today.

So exciting, we're getting closer!

Thanks for the heads up! We were booked for a little more $ a few blocks away so we switched to this one. I've seen the rate before but it wasn't cancelable and I like the option of continuing to shop around. So we hadn't booked it yet. But now we are booked!

Yay!!! Our plans had been to go to Vegas first but we decided to just go straight to San Diego and spend a few days there. So we are arriving Tuesday.
