When you arrive at the Tomorrowland Terrace (and I would suggest getting there about 30-40 mins early as they will likely let you in early) there will be a cast member standing checking reservations (this is at the end of the ramp-closest to Casey's). They will get another cast member to usher you to your seat. There will be a name tag on the table (ex. Smith Family) you're then free to move around and get any and all of the desserts you care for. You can eat all you want until after the fireworks end, then everything is cleaned up. You're free to leave your seat and stand to watch the fireworks. It's a fantastic experience. I've been to Disney about 10 times in my 21 years, and I can say this is the MOST magical firework experience I've ever had. Hope this helps![]()

Does anyone know if they keep some tickets for sale on the day?
chmurf said:No, they don't.
This event has very limited capacity (50 tables or so) and it's prepaid.
there might be cancellations, but the chances to get a table on the day is almost 0 and you can't walk in
Still you may try to call dining reservations (407) WDW-DINE for there might be tables left not showing on the website.
You just need to keep trying, but this event sells out pretty fast
How far in advance do you need to book it?
