I think I now remember that all 1 Bedroom Villas below #30 have just one entrance to the bathroom, through the bedroom. And all the Villas in the "Near Hospitality House" Category are numbered below #30. So does that mean that staying in the Near HH category means that you'll just have the one entrance to the bathroom? We just returned from our first HH stay (Building #13), and while it was extremely convenient and surprisingly very quiet, we'd never had the one bathroom entrance before.

Correct. The HH one bedrooms fall in that area of the one bathroom entrance without that door in the laundry area.
