I was at www.disney.com to check out prices of Pop Century. We are looking to stay in June (when the listed rates are $99 not including tax)

I got a price of $972.32 for 8 nights (not including tax) This works out to $121/night.

Why is this????

If anyone can steer me in the right direction, I would appreciate it.

THanks!

Arriving on 06/10/04 for 8 nights.
2 Adults, 2 Children
Room Type: Preferred View Room
Package Type: None
Ticket Type: None
Resort Stay only
$972.32†

I jumped over to their web site and put your information in: It came up with Preferred View Room which is an additinal $10.00 a night x8 =$80.00
Hope this information helps...It didn't give me an option of changing room view.

If you click on the icon that says, I think, "Details" it will give you the option of choosing a different "view" and then you can choose "standard" over "preferred."
I think it is a little underhanded to just automatically give you the price of the MOST expensive rather than the least.

Know what...that bothers me too.

But thank you for the info on how to change to standard, I could never find it.
