On our past trips to the World when using our Disney Visa we received a 10 percent discount on our purchases in some of the stores. With the card tied to our MB's, will we still receive that discount ? Or will we have to present the card to the cast member for each purchase ?

To receive any applicable discount, you need to show proof of discount (AP/DVC Member ID/TiW/Disney Rewards Visa, etc.) and a photo ID.

You will have to use your card for those purchases. During my last trip I used my magic band exclusively throughout the first half of my trip. When I realized I wasn't getting my discount by doing that way, I had to start using my card.

You not only have to show the card but you also have to ask for the discount, they do not automatically give it in most cases. It is supposed to be 10% off of $50 or more. I've always had to remind the cashiers when presenting my card, I've never had one do it without my asking.

Same thing when you buy something on disneystore.com you have to put in a code in the promo code section to get your discount, it does not automatically do it when you put your Disney visa number in the payment section.

You will also need to bring the card with you to Epcot if you want the free meet and greet with picture.
