Disney visa Rewards Card usage ?

Hi all--

I thought that the Disney Visa Rewards card could be used anywhere (more or less) at WDW, which was going to be a good thing here in a few weeeks when we are there.

However, according to this link, it is only good at certain places:

The list for MK, AK, MGM and Epcot is only showing:

When we had one back in 2005, we could use it any place inside the parks that would take a credit card.

Has anyone used one lately at a place like pizza plant, pinnachio village haus or Electric Umbrella? These are all places we used it at before and none of them are listed now!!

I would hate to tell you something that is incorrect, but if I recall correctly, that list says something like "Disney Rewards can be used at many places INCLUDING"

It has been our experience that you can your rewards card anywhere in Disney where they have a card reader. But if it makes you feel better and you are staying onsite, then you can put your Rewards Card on your account and you then just make the charges to your room.

We paid for all of our dining & some of our shopping with our rewards card last year. We never had a problem using it at any counter service or table service restaurant or any shopping venue. We did not try it for snack carts, though.

Thanks for the replies....I figured it would be good at more then just what was listed, but would hate to get down there and find out the $250 we had on the card could only be used at a few places.

Just got back and used mine everywhere I wanted to. In the past years I have never had a problem. Even the kiosk's taske them. No worries..
