I just got an application with my reservation information and I was reading over it. It says you can earn a maximum of 750 Disney Dream Reward Dollars a year. Is it ACTUALLY dollar for dollar or is it a points system? Anyone know how many points it takes to cash these reward dollars in for something worthwhile? Has anyone read examples of the rewards and the points it costs to get the reward? I'm just curious how ridiculous the reward program is. If it is actually attainable, I might do it. I have a feeling it will probably be ridiculous though.

You earn 1% of your purchases (not including balance transfers, interest, or penalties) in Disney Dream Reward Dollars each year.

To translate, if you charge $75,000 each year, you'll receive $750 in Disney Dream Reward Dollars.

I received my card, and will use it to qualify for the pin, but my Delta Skymiles card does a lot better for us. We used the miles to go to CA last Aug. and only had to pay the 9/11 security fee of $10 per person.

I hope that this information helps......

I got my card 2 weeks ago, but never have the pin. Do I need to do anything special to get it?

I believe you just have to make a charge on the card to get the pin.

Yes, if your card says 'charter member' in the corner, with your first charge you'll be sent a 'Disney VISA' pin.

I don't think that there's a minimum charge to qualify.
