Disney VISA package perks

We booked our trip using our Disney VISA and got a number of coupons. One is for a lanyard and pin. Can you choose from the pins available (within reason) or is it a specific pin? I know I could just wait and see but, being a planner, I like to know in advance.

Also, there is preferred seating for the parade at Disneyland. Has anyone done this and is it a good thing? It says it is near IASM.

When we got ours pins they were all the same so I think that it's a batch of the same ones that they give out. We got the preferred seating and used it for the electrical parade we were sitting at the end of the parade when it ended by disney playhouse building. It's all roped off and there were benches or people sat on the cement ledge. So get there early!
