Where is this at DL? I'm mostly a WDW girl....but heading west this weekend, and would like to do it. (been a Disney Visa holder for a long time)

It's at DCA, over near the Monsters Inc. ride. There is usually a CM standing outside the little area where the characters are, checking cards.
