Disney Visa Compromised

That's strange about iTunes because I was trying to buy something and someone else's information and expired credit card was in my account. I've only ever used a GC and have never used my CC.

I never use a CC for itunes and I won't ever start. While I was camping with no cell service and some how managed to have both ipods with me, my itunes account was hacked. I had 42.00 from a gift card on there and they wiped it clean. But I had received an email from itunes about a charge from an unauthorized user. They did credit it back but the first person wanted me to make sure no one in my house had downloaded the $40 game. Umm I would have been kicking butts!

Both of my Chase Visas had to be replaced this summer (June) due to being compromised. My Disney Visa is now on its 3rd time being replaced, each time after a visit to Orlando

I used mine for three $4 photo strips at the mall in a photo booth three months ago, and Chase called me almost immediately, like even before we got home. I was amazed at how quickly they flagged the activity, even for that small amount.

Fast forward to last month, and we charged a new $6500 AC/furnace on it to take advantage of the rewards. I called myself the next day to tell them that we had indeed charged that much & to not flag me. The rep told me that the charge had already posted & cleared, no issues. I'm glad, but I thought that was odd given the sheer amount of the transaction.

I had overseas attempted transactions and also a fraudulent on-line purchase and a purchase for DVDs in Calif. This happened late spring/early summer, so I did have to get a new card/new number. I was kind of bummed because I knew my old number by heart and that made it convenient when I ordered online, etc.
