Disney Tickets

We've just ordered our tickets through Virgin holidays, now we don't usually get our tickets from Virgin but looking around they seem to have a good package deal comprising of 7 days Premium Disney ticket, 2 park Universal and 2 Park SeaWorld with our FVC discount it worked out at £412!!!
So a quick question I know they're not actual tickets but that's not an issue but is there anywhere at Downtown Disney that we can exchange them if not where can we?
