It's a horrible cell phone picture, but I was unable to use my camera because the battery is dead. I plan on taking a better pic tomorrow with my actual camera and I will repost.

As for the back of the neck, I honestly can't speak from experience since my tattoo is on my arm, but since you are just talking about an small outline type of ink job, It would probably be doable since the artist might be able to either get it done quickly or in short little spurts so you can let the pain ebb a bit. I think the most pain normally would come from the coloring in process since they have to constantly go back and forth over the same general area which can cause more irritation.

This is a much better picture of my new tattoo and you can really get the full effect of the colors and see how bright they are. The white areas still look a little pick and that's just because there is still blood really close to the surface and it will go away once the tattoo is completely healed. We'll see how it heals up and if I have to go in to get it touched up.
I'm planning a second cupcake, this time themed to the Wicked Queen from Snow White. I'm going for a good vs. evil type thing so we'll see how that goes.
This took my artist an hour and a half and cost 150 incase anyone was curious.
SafetyPinndSally - I love it! I love how original it is, and how sweet and girly!
To everyone else - thanks for all your advice/opinions! I am so scared of needles, but they said they would be able to do it quite quickly since it really is just one bent line. We will see! If I go through with it, I'll show everyone! But in the meantime, I still love looking at all your gorgeous art.
Probably my ankle, still haven't decided yet. Just putting some serious thought into it and came up with a great design and had to share it with you guys!Very Cool! Where are you planning on putting it?
