Disney Store Interview

Hello everybody!
I've just received great new! The Disney Store has phoned and asked me to come for an interview on Sunday! I am so excited. However I am a little nervous, I have never really worked retail before (fast food though) and I've also never had a group interview. Can anyone give me any expert tips?

Hey that's great that you got the interview. And to work in a
Disney Store!!!
I've been on lots of interviews(I'm old!!LOL). Just dress nice,
look whoever is interviewing you in the eye when you speak and
be yourself.
I'm sure you will do fine.

Refer to the position as a "cast member", and when you're about to leave the interview, be sure to tell them to "have a magical day"

I'm sure the interview process has changed since I went through it, but I'll tell you what I remember.

At the time I was hired, almost 7 years ago, the interviews were all done in groups. I was lucky and only had one other person in my interview.

I remember being asked what my most memorable Disney moment was and who my favourite character is. And there were a couple of questions on how to service multiple guests.

Just be excited. I had no retail experience when I applied and I have to believe that it was my attitude and love for Disney that got me in.

Be sure to remember your Disney lingo. Just remember how you're treated when you are a guest in the Disney Store.

Relax, relax and be yourself. They want to see your personality.
